Privacy Policy

Applies to all Larchmont Labs apps for Atlassian (including Config Audit for Jira and Recurring Tasks for Jira).

The short version: our apps run entirely inside Atlassian's Forge platform. Your data never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure, is never sent to us or any third party, and each app is narrowly scoped — it accesses only the data it needs to do its job.

1. What our apps process

Jira data needed for the app's function — e.g. configuration metadata and change history (Config Audit), or projects, issue types, components, priorities, and user search results used to build issues (Recurring Tasks).
Configuration you create — such as the rules/templates you define, stored in Forge storage.
Actions you configure — some apps create Jira issues on your behalf, exactly as your settings specify.

Our apps do not collect end-user personal data beyond the Atlassian accountId needed for attribution or assignment, and do not access issue content, comments, or attachments unless that is the explicit purpose of the app.

2. Where data is stored

All data our apps store is held within Atlassian Forge storage, inside Atlassian's infrastructure and your installation's data boundary. We operate no external servers, send no data off the Atlassian platform, and use no third-party analytics or tracking.

3. How data is used

Solely to provide each app's functionality to the administrators and users of the Jira site where it is installed. We do not sell, rent, share, or use your data for advertising or model training.

4. Sub-processors

Atlassian, as host of the Forge platform on which our apps run. There are no other sub-processors.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is retained to provide the service and removed when you uninstall the app, in accordance with Atlassian's platform behavior. You can delete an app's data at any time by uninstalling it, or by contacting us.

6. Security

Our apps run in Atlassian's Forge sandbox with narrowly scoped permissions and no external egress.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You are the controller of your site's data. Contact us to access or delete app-stored data.
